Gomoku Mate is a free online Gomoku game for desktop and mobile browsers.
Choose a nickname and create a room without installing anything or signing up. Share the invite link or 6-character code with a friend, then start when both players are ready. You can also use Quick match to find a waiting opponent.
Players take turns placing black and white stones on a 15×15 board. Freestyle wins with five or more in a row; under Exact five, six or more does not count. Under Renju only Black has the double-three, double-four, and overline forbidden moves; under Caro a five sealed at both ends is not a win.
Turn the hint on to see the current win rate; pick a square on the board and it also shows the estimated win rate if you play there. Press the same square again to play.
The first touch selects a square, and touching the same square again places the stone. Touching a different square only changes the selection. In AI games, turning the hint on shows the current win rate, and selecting a square also previews the estimated win rate of playing there. A separate play button is also available.
Review completed online games in My game records. Your nickname and online records are linked to the session cookie in this browser. Deleting the cookie removes your access to those records. They are not automatically linked across devices, and AI practice records are kept only on this screen.
